She hasn't released a well-loved album by the GP since TFM. She is not on people's minds like the other artists you listed, especially giving ARTPOP's sheer lack of presence and impact in overall pop culture.
This. When she makes any sort of significant impact her songs will start charting. ARTPOP release saw mulitple songs from her catalogue charting. Same when she was about to perform on an award show. The songs have not aged poorly. She is on no ones mind at the moment, which is understandable since she is not whoring herself to the public at the moment.
Your catalog hits only sell well if you continue to get big hits, stay relevant, and keep reminding people why you are irresistable. Gaga hasn't been able to keep up with her peers, in that sense.
It's embarrassing to like Gaga now, even her old music, so people stay away.
This is the real reason. Her old hits are quality, and they're no more dated than many of the other songs in the OP (in some cases much less so). The problem is her brand. It isn't cool to like her anymore. That's why I come on here honestly, it's the only place I can talk about her.
That and Applause are her ONLY songs charting. Even Run The World, Disturbia, Toxic, Love On Top, You Belong With Me, Hot N Cold, as well as a bunch of 5 and 10 year old songs are still selling. Poker Face is her only remembered hit.
