I wonder if Kesha will make a deposition in this case or if this lawsuit will backfire like it did on Phaedra Parks who avoided being deposed in a lawsuit that she herself filed. Depositions are sworn testimony. Anybody who avoids doing that has something to hide or is not telling the truth.
