Lawsuit will be thrown out by the way. She waited until she got the hits, got the music deal, and got the fame, and now that she can't get control this is one of her last resorts by making this lawsuit. Isn't her mother somehow involved in this stuff too at one point? She's been fighting him for some time.
Not saying it is right if he did abuse her but at the same time, no police reports were filed to our knowledge none of these accounts had pictures or evidence presented and while yes some abusers are manipulated to think its right she too had an ulterior motive as to why she wanted to stay. The defense is going to eat her alive. She took all the gifts and some will say still led him on to get the music and support. She could of gave up all the work with him to leave his supposed "abuse" but chose to stay. Hollywood is a dark place, so this is all nothing new but her case will be pretty weak if all she has is say-so.
I'm torn right now. It all seems too rehearsed.
