Not YOU acting like Jhene isn't critically acclaimed too. This bitch is the it girl of 2014. Shes receiving nominations from The American Music Awards, Soul Train Awards, BETs etc - something Tinashe dreams of. Jhene won and performed at the main BET awards show while Tinashe was outside performing on the damn red carpet. Jhene is about to be nominated for a damn grammy, your phave isn't even under consideration #poordat
At the end of the day, Tinashe can shake her ass, "write" songs about things that she hasn't even been through and she still won't be as successful as Jhené who wrote an entire album by herself based on REAL **** she's been thru.

Only time will tell. And Jhene herself is the one that says her grind has been almost a decade long, I just think it's obvious to me Tinashe will end up having the stronger career in the long run, she will continuously build and the excitement around her is getting big. Where as Jhene is doing well but I can't see her taking it to higher levels, Tinashe is closer to a Rihanna path (consistency and continuous gain of popularity.) Jhene is a cute soul artist but she's not that diverse with her sound and is already 26/27, Tinashe can pull off a variety of sounds and entertains, she's also very young with endless potential (Billboard, Time, Perez, Pop Justice, Grammys etc have all started to watch her closely). Calvin Harris even has her on his album and that's sure to be a new sound for her that she will no doubt pull off
Also, Jhene has 2 mixtapes (one of them officially released) and the album, so they're not even on equal playing field. Tinashe just puts out music faster (she does also write them so let's not go there)
Jhene is Ashanti and Tinashe is Beyonce, only one will be relevant several years later
