I really liked the XFactor, but it had its flaws. The constantly changing panel is one. Another being that their budget/production was clearly lower than the UK version, if you compare them. I also think they put too much emphasis on finding a "star" over talent. Mainly the first season....I remember there were several acts who had minimal talent but relied on the elaborate staging. I agree that they should look for individuality and star power, but maybe try to find more of a medium between that and actual raw talent.

The US x factor was sloppy and awkward from the stage, t the poor quality acts, to the awkward judges, to that terrible voice intro guy, the hosts "cringe". It wasn't tightly produced

Jennifer Lopez should've been secured for XFactor, never Idol. She is what the XFactor is all about. The IT factor. J.Lo, Simon, Tedder and Brandy. That's a panel I would watch.

I would lve to see a panel of : Simon, Alecia keys/pink/fergie, Celine dion, Paul mcartney/ David Bowie/Bono ect (or someone who has massive credibility in rock)

It's the most entertaining singing tv show in the U.S and I honestly couldn't be happier. I really hope it comes back.

Last season was a flop but A&S scored two #1's and a couple of Top 10's while being on the show which is the most success that show has gotten in its 3 seasons.

Fox made a mistake getting rid off it and bringing Utopia which was a mess and got only what like 2 million? while TXF was getting 5-7 at its lowest? it showed promised but Fox did it wrong the scheduling was a mess I mean a month break because of baseball?? what the **** and Simon's problem was that he never got the right combination of judges and the lack of support towards the winners/finalists but he didnt lie about the show producing stars at least in the UK and Australia it always produces at least one star per season and even in the US they've done better than the ones that have won the voice

The voice is so well produced and organized it feels so professional TXF was a mess and never got their **** together but I still enjoyed it more than TV tbh. And TV can't produce not even a star with moderate success.

I hope it does come back, I prefer the format of X Factor over American Idol and The Voice. Hopefully they choose some new judges.
