- Tamar then got dropped from two further deals (because of her attitude and lack of interest).
She was a complete flop until Toni introduced her to Vince - who was finally able to get her a deal she wouldn't be dropped from.
Without Toni none of that would have happened. So yes she did pave the way.
Tamar is being an ungrateful clown acting as if she could have done any of that without Toni's influence. Toni even made most of those decisions for her.
I like Tamar a lot but after she got a bit of success she has become unjustifiable. She acts like she's above her sisters now when it is far from the case. Insecurity is her enemy, she should stop attacking her family instead of facing her problems. Toni did nothing to deserve those comments.
Excuse the rant, the latest episodes have just left me frustrated at Tamar's dumb entitlement.

The underlined part is KEY. Vince is the one that really paved a way IMO. And still even then, Toni introduced them to each other...but she didn't make Vince fall in love with her.

Vince IMO should get the most credit.
And all of the things you listed are true...but NONE of that guaranteed her success. So again, yes she opened doors...but "paved the way" is a bit much. B/c again, clearly being Toni's sister didn't guarantee much.
The only thing I would consider "paving the way" is when BFV coming to fruition. That more than anything helped Tamar. So yes, Toni agreeing to do that helped give Tamar a platform. But still doesn't guarantee her success.

@ rant...it's OK. Yeah, I felt like I needed to get my feelings out after seeing that episode over the weekend.
