She lacks impact and her music for most part's are quick hit's. She only has a few songs that stick and could be considered classics. She is friendly/PG and has some bops but has not done nothing to change music or has she challenged herself. She does have HITS No one can deny but there is a new hit every couple of months.
Funny how during the TD era where she had 8 top 3 hits, people were saying how singles are the least important factor in deciding success and popularity.
Now when PRISM has produced stellar album sales and tour gross, helped Katy increase her social media presence and streaming power, got her the Superbowl performance slot, people are backtracking and commenting on how she has several "flop" singles.

I don't think it's just atrl. I've heard a lot of people offline, and in person downplay her tbh. Mostly because of her vocals, and performing. I mean there is a reason she hasn't earned a Grammy, they obviously don't think she is worthy of one.

The sales are nothing spectacular. Deal with it! All you can do is bring up an album which everyone knows already unperformed...and yet the "super smash album" only sold 1 million more copies worldwide than it, sad!
