My sister coaxed me out when I was 18, came out to my family that same night, I came out to my younger sister the next day, I was 19 when my mum told my aunt and great aunt, I'm 20 next month, still haven't come out to my grandmother, I will definitely do it before turning 20. I hope

14. Almost a month after my birthday, on Halloween. Out to everyone a few months after (family last.)

I wasn't completely comfortable with being gay and my reasoning was being out to everyone will make me accept it? Sounds weird, but it worked. Got closer to friends that mattered, stood up to homophobic people who thought they could bash gay people around me since I seemed straight, etc.

I was 17 when I first told one of my friends and then gradually a few months later all of my friends knew. I haven't told my parents yet though...
