You missed the point :P
There are players who go in, create a family. Run day to day lives etc. They plan Sims to get married, have children, watch the family grow (Legacy players).
Then there are players who create sims, often turn off aging, and work towards making sure every objective the game has is completed, before moving on to another family.
I'm saying the Sims 4 (especially now with the new goal system, collectables, locked objects etc) is more focused on the second gameplay style, rather than the first (especially with the absence of the family tree).
People who play legacy style aren't finding the Sims 4 that fun, because developers seem to have barely focused on that aspect.
People who play objectively are loving the game, because the things they play by have been heavily improved.
That's my point.
