Hepatitis may cause you a lot of things, including cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis and
death. It's not the most common, but it can happen. And not only Hepatitis B is a STD, hepatitis C and D are as well (and A/E depending on your sex practices.
HPV is correlated with a lot of cancers, and every day there are more evidence of correlation with another cancers. It's asymptomatic or produces benign warts in most cases tho.
Syphilis is one of the worst and can kill you in a few years. Luckily, Treponema pallidum is weak as hell to treatment and in most cases you get to consult early because of your symptoms.
Gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomoniasis have its complications but mostly they are just annoying. They don't let you pee, fluids as pus or blood came out of your urethra, etc.
HIV is OK with treatment, but it's not like it's heaven. Antiretrovirals has a lot of side effects and may 'cause you diseases/death as well. And if you don't get your drugs, you have death sentence to every infection you can imagine, you can even die because of some fungus. Besides, the social impact can completely destroy your life. Like 95% of HIV patients develops psychiatric disorders because of this infection.
Don't underestimate this diseases. It will not be nice if you become one of its sufferers or if you are the one who spreads them. It's not worth the risk. Always have safe sex, you can prevent all of this.
