With Tinder you can only message the people that like you but with Grindr any person can message you, plus lots of torso pictures, some of them asking only for friendship which is so ironic and as soon as I uploaded my pic I got this message from an old guy

You'll be able to tell when you're messaging someone what they're intentions are. Don't agree to meet everyone and I can't stress this enough... BE SAFE! Like I said there are 10% of the guys on there who aren't garbage. You're gonna have to talk to a lot of idiots before you find them.
