Mariah is the person who barely rehearses for her shows, as you can see with the setup of her stage - low budget, but very much setup for singing.
Remember that mess in Tunisia? That was her first date, and then after a few dates, she reached vocal peak and has sounded great for the rest of the tour until her voice got tired and worn out.
