Sad times. I remember getting into it when I was done with Dragonball. Lost interest when Shippuden started. Been checking in every now and then and played halfway through Ninja Storm 3 - don't recognize a lot of people in there.

but kakashi lost all his power and has only 1 eye

You use your Sharingan to copy it, yes, but the jutsu is retained. His wide array of jutsu hasn't disappeared. The accuracy and proficiency? Most likely.
