The Ebola panic is getting worse in the USA. Today, airline workers who clean cabins went on strike, because they are afraid they are now at risk of catching ebola, should someone on the plane be infected. Other countries have issued travel bans from Western Africa, but the USA has not yet done so. Instead, they are mandating ebola screenings at certain large airports.
Do you think that the USA should issue a travel ban? Or is it worth risking people from that region coming into the USA right now?
no because those people will find another way, another country to travel from. it's pointless and not fair.
It's pretty simple tbh, if you see anyone with sickly symptoms no matter what they have... stay away from them if you can and make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after being around them. close/cover any open wounds or scratches, bug bites etc. If you're really that worried wear ear plugs, a face mask and some glasses.
In a few months ebola will have been a thing of the past. another sensational, money magnet headline.
