Fans asked simple, watered-down pop after BTW and she ****ing delivered on that front and even turned off many people who wanted darker music a la BTW yet you still b!tch constantly.
Give it a rest. Artists release whatever they feel like doing, like a jazz album. Entertainers deliver to radio, and never step out of their comfort zone.
