How were they being obnoxious? Do you even know what that word means? It sounds to me like she just wanted her ticket and he was trying to confirm they got his information. Regardless there were two kids in the back and they didn't once state anything about any warrants for arrests or anything. The man was tazed for no reason. He didn't do anything to them to get tazed. I mean, they shattered glass in front of his face, practically shoving the baton in his face, then taze him. For what?

Even if he was being obnoxious, they did that because he was being obnoxious? If you defend this you're just as bad as they are.

Yeah, I did. And it shows two people not complying at all with the police and making the situation seem far more hectic than it was. The woman in the background is hysteric from the video start... the cops kindly asked him to open his door, and he refused.

They tried to justify not opening the door because the cops "pulled out a gun". Where is the gun to be seen in the video? The cops are not holding guns or even putting them in the people faces. Neither are the cops putting those children in danger at all.

The people were acting ridiculous. Come on.

Tell them. Of course you should respect the police, but if they're being rude and/or aggressive, than that's what they're being and there's no good reason why that should be respected - especially if you're innocent of whatever they're mad at you for.

1. The woman in the background was not hysterical. Upset? Yes. Hysterical? No. You're the one being obnoxious. Wouldn't you be upset if you were on the way to see your dying family member and you got pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt and then got a gun pulled out on you all while two children sat in the back to witness everything?

2. The cops did in fact endanger the children... physically and psychologically. They were sitting right behind them when they busted the window. Glass could have easily flew back and hit them in an eye. They tazed the man right in front of the kids... for absolutely no reason. None. whatsoever. They did not need to immobilize him nor did they say he was under arrest so therefor he did not resist arrest.

How can you blindly defend this?
