So I imagine they paid some musician to create a similar-sounding track so that they could avoid paying royalties to the xx? So cheap & tacky.

Audi did this with SOHN recently too, it makes me so mad. They are disrespecting the artists because they think they can get away with it because they're rich companies.

They don't care. They wanted to use Intro for their commercial, but didn't want to pay the royalties, so they got someone to make a similar version.
