Conservative states are flops, and they're the states that contribute the least with taxes for the Union and receive the most, the opposite happens to CA and NY, 2 of the richest states in America and the ones that contribute the most and receive the least

so many inaccuracies. It's a shame because (by the sounds of it) you've been scare mongered into having these views or thoughts. Ethnic minorities are not prioritised for school places, it's based on a number of factors such as siblings and location to the school. No school classes have 50 kids in, but I agree that classes are now bigger than ever before and are stretched beyond capacity.
