Euroscepticism isn't due to racism and Eurosceptics aren't racist. The UKIP party encourages controlled immigration from countries all over the world, specifically the Commonwealth, much like the US has the Visa system. The problem is that Britain is a small island and is home to 60+ million people. By allowing anyone from Europe we attract benefit/health tourists as well as people with criminal convictions, e.g. Alice Gross's murderer previously was convicted of murdering his wife in Latvia but under EU laws we had to let him in.
Euroscepticism is also infiltrating the Labour party with the only party still fully committed to EU membership being the Lib Dems and they're a flop now. It's more a matter of sovereignty and the fact that some school classes are now 50+ kids, with British nationals not being allowed to enroll their child into a primary school a mile away because it prioritises those of ethnic minorities, so the nationals' child has to go to a school 15 miles away.
Also, the EU was formed from the European Economic Community and so formed for economic reasons. It has since branched out and now forces new countries to change their currency to the Euro and takes some justice rights away from countries.

so many inaccuracies. It's a shame because (by the sounds of it) you've been scare mongered into having these views or thoughts. Ethnic minorities are not prioritised for school places, it's based on a number of factors such as siblings and location to the school. No school classes have 50 kids in, but I agree that classes are now bigger than ever before and are stretched beyond capacity.
