Since Lorde stole Katy's Grammy and became "friends" with Tayloose she declined so hard, even Mockingjay and Paul Epworth can't keep her relavant. Queen of GP just can't lose.
I stan fir taylor because of her racial views. I love the fact that she supports equality. She doesnt hire black people because it reminds her of slavery. What a saint!
Taylor is obviously local. Only ~4 million album sales outside the US, and only ~500k outside the Anglophone (English-speaking countries). Even Katy has more global album sales.
Being big in English-speaking countries alone doesn't make someone global, as all English-speaking countries have pretty much the same taste.
The important thing is that she is growing and improving globally as each era goes by unlike Katy Germanotta.
