And like mentioned before. Africa has an issue of ongoing violence, brain drain and badly drawn borders. The real question is, can they manage their money wiser. Because Nigeria is full of oil but can't use that money wisely.

Coolest person, you can't ask the killer how severe the crime was since the killer didn't experience it the effects of it. There are plenty of case studies on places like Nigeria and Norway. Nigeria was colonized and severely exploited sociopolitical for its oil. Norway wasn't. Norway uses its oil to help build it's economy. Nigeria still struggle because of the practices that were implemented during colonization.
If people are still struggling to accept social changes in western countries, how do you expect peoples in Africa to just waking up and see things differently in so little time when there are written laws? Besides, "colonization is not over", you still have European businesses exploiting African countries-- businesses that have been there since it was colonized... but whatever, "Africa needs to get it together". Never Change ATRL.
