Cause she's not trained to do so
All her life, she's either practicing with guitar, piano or other instruments. Her older songs don't require her to dance.
But if she really wants to be a real pop star, she needs to start practicing singing while dancing since it seems like most of the new songs are pop and pretty upbeat which require her to dance a lot on stage
It takes years of practice to nail every note while dancing though.
