Glee is my favorite show (and the only one I watch here, ngl ) so I gotta go with Ryan. Though even I can admit that he started to mess up the show a biT here and there, and I'm sure the theory of him doing that with his other shows is at least somewhat true. Shonda seems like she'd be better but her shows aren't really my style.
