I'm not expecting her next pop album until late 2015 or even 2016.
By that time, sales will lower even more thanks to Spotify and other streaming services.
Due to these circumstances, I cannot give my prediction.

Who cares? 1) We can´t predict that because sales are gonna be even lower than today 2) Without even selling she´s the 1# most powerful popstar in the world.

It depends if streaming is counted for certifications by the time that her next album is released.
If it is, yes. If not, pretty much no one will go platinum again.
