On a worldwide scale, Kylie Minogue will always be more famous than Kylie Jenner.
In the US though, Kylie Jenner is more known at the moment. Maybe in 2002, Kylie Minogue would have been the only somewhat relevant Kylie, but Kylie hasn't had a hit in the US since and so that makes Kylie Jenner more known at this point.
