I can't at how She has influenced my iTunes library.
I started listening to Lorde because they became friends, and now Lorde's one of my favorite new artists. I got into Sara Bareilles and Tegan & Sara after they performed with Her, and now The Blessed Unrest and Heartthrob are amongst my favorite albums of the decade. She turned me on to Ingrid Michaelson, and Lights Out is my favorite album of the year so far. That's not even mentioning Her getting me into "You're So Vain" and Joni Mitchell's Blue album.
Her impact is the realest.
I see that you have forgotten to include Selena on that list. I am sure it was just an oversight!

For me, Rihanna is the only real celebrity friend that Katy have.
Are they still friends? But I do agree, that did hang out like friends. There are photos of them in Barbados jet-skiing , having dinner together and she did asked Rihanna to be a bridesmaid.
