Mmm. I don't know. A lot of K-Pop songs, if they were by English artists, would actually work on radio. A part of the reason it became successful (relatively) is because it's was similar to what English-speaking countries are used to. I think C-Pop, as it stands, is too different to work. They'd have to westernize it to have success, but then I don't really think it'd be C-Pop.
