Coming from a half black person myself I was a certified lifeguard and most humans love the beach and the pool so what is the excuse for some black people who can't swim?
People of all races can't swim, it's not exclusive to black people. The color of their skin has nothing to do with swimming ability, and I'm sure all the black people you've seen who have been unable to swim have different reasons, there isn't one universal reason that all black people share.

I can swim. In Brooklyn which has the largest black population in America people don't have pools so they can't swim. Its all about what facilities are accessible to you. Idk if it's so much a black thing or an African American thing because carribeans can swim & Africans can because they're accustomed to being around water. It's not a black thing but a accessibility thing
When I was in middle school swimming was mandatory for every kid in the entire country.
I don't think I've ever met a person who cannot swim like does that even exist
I think I'm the best swimmer of ATRL tho
