Ok well I apologise for calling them an anomaly. But you're right. I'm not looking hard enough. I don't spend my days looking up pictures of trans-men so I'm only familiar with the ones I've seen in the media, and most of them remain looking like really feminine, thin men, with the exception of Chaz Bono. It was a generalisation and I shouldn't have done it. Sorry.
I can recognise that some people find those men attractive, but I don't, and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were born women. I simply don't find any of those men attractive. And I'm assuming that they identify as straight trans-men. Yes, I understand that there can be trans-men who identify as gay men, but I'm assuming most of these guys identify as straight. And even if they didn't, like I said, I'm not attracted to them, sorry
On top of that, there are plenty more fish in the sea. Fish that I actually would find attractive.
But now that I think about it, the more I look at this guy:
The more I think I might consider going on a date with him if he was born male, but he wasn't, so I wouldn't. I would rather go on a date with a man who was born male. So, I stand corrected, again. I guess I am a bit transphobic. I support their rights and protection against discrimination in the workforce and greater society. But I don't think I could ever get with someone who was trans. So I take back my statement of "if he was hot enough."
I'm sorry to everyone who is offended by that. I guess you all see it as transphobia but for me, I just see "born male" as something I would require. I'm just trying to be honest here, and again, sorry to everyone it offends.
