It's the EP that goes with the mixtape. It consists of Sober, Pop Thieves (Make it Feel Good), Retro, Poke, Late Night in Kauai and 3005 Beach Picnic Version. Right now, the download only has STN MTN, the mixtape, but the EP should be on iTunes "soon." You can listen to the Kauai half using the stream he has available.
