Record the concert. If you autobook, you have to add another date or delete and re-add and it'll cost you to record it either for CD or DVD. When it's over, they'll give you the audio/video and you release it like anything else.

I'm playing with Jessie J in MWR2 rn. I'm following her real life closely, but still making general decisions. Do It Like a Dude went #1 and Platinum in the UK (and was later released in USA for #5 and 3xP). Price Tag went #2 and only sold Silver (despite being her biggest hit irl) but hit #1 in USA and was 7xP (I think). Nobody's Perfect and Who's Laughing Now both hit #1 and sold Platinum in the UK. (No US release). Who You Are (single) also hit #1 (after a tragic chart run of 14-64-1) and is currently gold.
The album, Who You Are, was both #1 in the UK and the US. All non-singles were released as a promo in Asia, so they could be included on the re-release (I did a compilation with the new songs and titled it Who You Are since re-releases don't exist). The re-release also hit #1 in both the UK and US. Combined Who You Are (album) has scanned almost 2xP in USA and 5xP in UK.
Domino hit #13 in the USA and scanned Platinum. It also went #1 in the UK but could only sell silver. (Wats up with her rl #1s flopping?) Who You Are (single) was later released in the USA and hit #6 and scanned double platinum. The final single, Laserlight also went #1 and Gold in the UK. The Heartbeats World Tour grossed $155m after 137 shows. The final show was recorded and released as a tour DVD, which hit #1 in both the USA and UK. In one era Jessie J has scored 6 UK #1 singles (and one #2), and 3 UK #1 albums, and achieved 31m record sales worldwide.
