This is strange because I did this literally yesterday (also with one black sock and one white sock, long story) and my crush lectured me on it. Kind of eerie!
it's only justified when you are at home during the winter and it's cold as ****. other than that Im not friends with people that does this in public. tho I must say I think this is an american thing.

I wouldn't wear socks with sandals but I think they can look kind of cute on some guys lol.
But I wear black socks...plus my jeans were kinda covering everything so it wasn't so noticeable.
