No, that's being a bit too big in the US.
RED sold more internationally than Beyoncé, Prism, Pure Heroine.
It sold more internationally than Artpop, Bangerz, Girl on Fire, My Everything, Ultraviolence, Nicki's last album, etc. have sold worldwide.
It sold more internationally in its first week than Britney Jean and Lotus in total outside the US.
The only recent albums that sold more internationally are The Truth About Love and Unapologetic, both of which Red outsold worldwide (Unapologetic by far.)
she is local but it's not really a bad thing when she's so successful in the US.
And pressed Atrlers claim she's local just because she's out shining their faves lol.
