That's even worse. Olly Murs and Take That (if they havent pushed back) and rumours of Adele. Cheryl wouldn't have a shot at even top 3 if these happened, and 1d's second week sales too.
The best thing is release the single on the 9th and the album on the 10th. It's not impossible. The Sats did it. Miley did it.

She needs to promote harder if she doesn't care and pulls a million lights/ crazy stupid love kinda promo then she's effed. It could happen if she makes it happen FFTL went #1 in some countries because she got her ass outta the UK and promoted. If you YouTube FFtL theres performances in almost at least 6 different countries outside the UK. idk if she's just lazy or whats her problem with promoting a lot but things won't happen by themselves.
