In b4 Billboard tells Gaga she is No. 1 just to call her 2 mins later to say they counted something wrong and she's No. 3 (of course she would have tweeted by then).

I just went on Gaga's twitter and the first tweet says "Cheek to Cheek is # 1"......but it was the pinned tweet when the album was no 1 on itunes worldiwde a week ago
Billboard is just a collection of journalists who offer different aspects of opinions. One writer may disagree with another, but I really think they need to get their writers together.
Billboard is really a mess, though. After they gave her 3 stars, they're now saying under the Bang Bang video:

I know this is an unpopular opinion but I really don't like the Bang Bang performance. It's great in the beginning but turns into her near-screaming the rest of the song. Some more nuance and vocal control would've made it really special.
I might not be her biggest fan, but I really admire her. You can tell she loves her job, and she's not giving up. She's here to stay. Plus this 'Paradise' Christmas present thing is really nice of her
