OT: I think if they had included a Grocery Store that you could build yourself, and you could also buy Seeds and Books as well, I think it would have made it more interesting for me.

Building Grocery Stores in The Sims 2 was one of my favourite things, I used to have actual aisle's like in Supermarkets and stuff xD

Thought I would share my new Sims 2 family I created: a family with six teens - all with a different aspiration.

He's also a Romance Sim so he'll be getting some more D hopefully before he heads off to college. His first kiss was with a kid he met in Dance Class (one of those hobbies chance cards). Needless to say, they didn't talk about choreography - he's currently staying over.

I already sent one of the six teens to college - Ashleigh. She's the Knowledge sim of the group, so naturally, I felt it was better for her to go to college as soon as her grades were all the way up to an A so that I could get her scholarship and go. The house is BIG and all the other kids are social and always bringing friends home from school and Ashleigh is just more about learning. So she went off to college by herself and is currently in the dorms.

Ashleigh is a pretty Sim just like her sisters Kamilla & Susella (pics will come next time I play hopefully). But I wanted to give her glasses during her teen years to make her seem more sophisticated. I decided for her college years she will wear "contacts".

Spencer is like Binky from Arthur - a tough dude but has a lifetime goal of wanting to be at the top of the Dance career. Right now I have him working in the Architechural field (blue collar Sims are hot ). Frankly, I want Spencer to be the bisexual blue collar dude of the six. Micah is the only one of the boys that will be completely straight.

Kamilla is a Pleasure Sim. I see her more as being an artistic and athletic type, so I'd say she's more of a hipster free spirit.

I'll provide more pics next time I play, but I made Susella the only blonde girl of the six kids. I consider her to be the urban girl that everyone likes. She already has two friends from school which is great.

I placed them in the Belladonna Cove neighborhood, and my plan is to have their father Victor start an affair with Jason Cleveland (the only pre-made Sim who has a preference for males ).

Yeah alot of ppl are saying there isnt enough to do. So of course the Expansions are needed. I guess Pets will be the 1st up? I think Seasons should be released 1st tbh.

I hope this game becomes something I enjoy or like. Not my cup of tea atm. I do like how the sidewalks bump up from the road though.

Okay, so I've been having fun with TS3 and 4 recently. Been switching between them over the past few days and I'm really into Sims again (like how I used to be ). Also, playing TS3 again (since like, 2011? IIRC) has really helped me see the good in TS4 a bit better and I love both of them for their unique qualities.

However, I'm once again FUMING at EA and Maxis' for their ****** limitations related to graphic settings. TS2 Collection was a ****ing mess and now TS3 doesn't even have vsync which makes my card literally FUME as it's rendering so many frames. I've tried 3booter and it isn't working correctly so far but the fact that they couldn't or simply can't add a simple option is ****ing ridiculous. Stay classy putting more effort into stuff packs than user experience, EA.

I officially HATE the cow mascots at University. I never minded them...but tonite, one of those dumb hoes went too far.

I was playing Ashleigh, the one Jennings kid I sent to college. She was on a date with this cute guy that is in her dorm. Everything was going great - they kissed, slow danced, talked, stuff like that. Ashleigh went inside his dorm room, where I bought him a double bed so they could woohoo. So they are cuddling, I was getting ready for them to fall in love, but that stupid cow mascot kept coming in. Eventually, Ashleigh's date was dumb enough to stop cuddling, get off the bed and actually GIVE the girl a piece of mind. What an idiot. She came in to hit on him right in front of Ashleigh and she RUINED EVERYTHING. She immediately became furious with both of them and even worse, she LOST the fight she started with the mascot. But ultimately, I used one of those cheats to kill off the mascot as revenge. Let's just say this mascot was fed to the flies. Ashleigh, being a typical woman, wanted the guy dead too...but frankly...after all that work...I'm not gonna let him slip away. I brought their friendship back up a bit...it's no longer negative in the daily relationship level...but it's going to take awhile to bring the lifetime relationship back up.

I literally am just so mad I was this close to her having a boyfriend and that stupid mascot ruined everything.

Let me play Sims 2 again. Still slayimg after like 10 years.

I love that people are everywhere with the street you're in aswell. It's so lively.

BUT, I know a lot of people Give TS3 flack for not having lively community lots and spaces, but I've been playing it the past few days and I'm noticing that it's a lot more activate than I remember it being. I arrive at lots and Sims are there doing whatever. I explore the world whilst my Sim is sitting at home and people are traversing the world, doing their own thing. It's a lot more lively than I remember when I first played it.

THIS. Sims Medieval was such a welcomed addition to the Sims franchise I wish they'd make more spin-offs like they used to in the early days of The Sims.

My only disappointment is rabbit holes once again. You could only do so few limited things without your Sim having to dissapear from the screen and leave you hanging for like 5 minutes.

I had a similar situation with Sims on TS4. and you know Sims ain't playing anymore with emotions when they're cheated on!

I absolutely love this Sims. Omg.

I'm doing the legacy challenge and it feels so weird playing the game without money cheats.
Luckily both of my sims are writers so their income from books really help.
They were literally living outside with just a wall for a while

I played Sims 4 maybe once since I got it their is nothing to do on it...can they upgrade some fun stuff please.

There's technically more to do in The Sims 4, than The Sims 3. The Sims 4 has more requirements, objectives etc.

Sim games never impress anyone on a first playthrough. You need to play in depth to find all the content in this game.

And people said that the Emotions were a gimmick



This is supposed to explain how Bella got abducted before The Sims 2 started.
You could say, the order is The Sims 3 > The Sims 1 > The Sims 4 > The Sims 2.

But yeah, Emotions are real folks.
