Old video yes, but the patient who is playing the piano finally posted the video himself and put it up on Reddit. It's the 4th most up voted post on the site right now.

This was in the beginning of August. I'm not surprised you didn't hear much about it. She didn't bring any camera crew with her (she only brought a body guard). And we didn't know she was coming until 5min prior (and the staff on floor I was on only had a 15 min warning).

She actually didn't even bring anyone with her except her body guard (who stood outside the room). There were no cameras except the one my sister used to video tape this. Yes, she was awesome and definitely seemed to care!

It was a spur of the moment thing. She commented on the piano and asked if I played, and when I said, "Yes," she asked me to play something for her. The only song I knew with lyrics was this song, so I asked if she would sing along, to which she kindly obliged.

I was so nervous for the entire 5 min warning I had before she stepped in the room. And once she stepped in, it was almost like I was in a dream (like I was there, but not really there). But after we started a conversation everything settled down, because she's just so nice and down to earth. And yes, she was so genuine.

Thank you! I felt like the luckiest person in the world for days afterward (not to mention I had high blood pressure the entire night following this encounter :P). I personally never knew celebrities could be so nice and affable until I met her. I would agree 100% that she is a wonderful person.

Yes, I was warned just 5 min before she was going to stop by, and never dreamed she would be as nice as she was. At first I was nervous but she was so personable it was as if I was with one of my friends (she stayed for about 10 min). She's a super nice, down to earth person.
