Celine is in her 24th year. I mean, you can count those useless French albums, but she broke through in 1990.

Celine had a relatively short commercial career, actually. Her last top ten was in 2000. I feel like Mariah's career is more impressive & she released way better music. Celine did end up with the stronger global presence and touring capability, though. And ultimately more commercial longevity currently.
