At my grocery store we have baggers, and if there isn't a bagger there, it's basically your responsibility to bag your own ****, and when I'm done scanning, I'll help you bag.

I had this one bitch lady with like 30 dollars worth of stuff, come to my line and i scanned all her stuff, and I was done and I was like "Your total is 30.70" or whatever

and she didn't answer, and so i waited like 30 seconds and I was like "Your total is 30.70"

and she was like "I know I heard you, I was busy bagging, this isn't my job" and I almost said something, but I bit my tongue

But i was thinking "Bitch, if there isn't a bagger at the end of the ****ing line, it is your ****ing job, I'll help you when I'm done doing my job, which is making sure you pay for all the ****ing food I'm ringing up, but I'm not an octopus I can only do one thing at a ****ing time, so don't give me this ********."

Lord customers are ****ing annoying

ugh I know that all too well. I hate it when there isn't a bagger, and the customer just stands there instead of helping put their groceries in bags. Like you have mobile arms and legs correct. Use them.

Especially when the ****ing belt is overflowing with ****, like HELLO you obviously see the bags at the end of the lane, and the fact that I literally can't place anymore of the food where it needs to be, do something because it isn't gonna bag itself and you're gonna annoy the people in line that understand that you need to bag for yourself if no one is there
