Acting like a girl or thinking like a girl are things defined by societal and cultural norms. There is nothing inherently feminine about make-up or high heels in actuality. In the past both have beem considered normal and acceptable for men, these days they are just heavily associated with females. Who knows, it might change again in the future. So just because someone likes to do or wear things society or culture deems feminine, it doesn't mean they want to be women.
A masculine pronoun like "guys" is seen as a defualt when referring to a group of people, even when it could be entirely formed by females, but hardly anyone will think you are calling those girls a group of males. Dude as well can be used pretty freely among both males and females. It's really not anything different to do the reverse, and I don't think anyone on this site actually means anything by it, or uses "sis" as a gender determining term.
I think you shouldn't put so much stock on the gender norms defined by society. They change all the time, and things considered masculine could be extremely feminine 100 years from now. Not even 100 years ago, pink was considered a color for little boys, and blue for girls. At least in the U.S.

You have a good point here. But why most men who wear heels do it? Just because they like it? Or because it's associated with feminity? I feel that many gays use heels or terms like "sis, gurl" because they like to be associated with feminity, and otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. (I'm not saying there's something wrong with it, or that what I'm saying is truth, that's just my opinion)
