London by far, not sure why you added Benidorm, is a mess. Madrid comes second to me, I'm Spanish and I could be biased, although I don't live there... It may not be a city of tall skryscrapers, but it's skyline very recognizable, the Kio Towers are awesome!

In The Netherlands, Rotterdam's skyline is nice as well.

It's not necessarily a city, but I think Monte Carlo is very attractive with its high rise apartments and mountains.

I think London. They really made a good connection of modern and old architecture.

Benidorm is the only actual "skyline", so that.

Anyway, these kind of cities are much better and prettier. Skyscrapers tend to ruin a city's design.

Went to Italy years ago for a family vacation, on our first day we arrived at Rome, checked our bags in the hotel, and went to a sidewalk cafe and watched the sun set over the Colosseum. It was magic.

Paris. Buildings over seven stories high are banned in the city center and I sure hope it stays that way.
