if I'm staying home for the day I put a topic on top of the pimple that it will make it go away, but if I'm going out, I push it out, there's nothing worse then talking to someone and having that white heads on your face, so disgusting.

I've heard theories that it's worse if we push them out, but I've also heard theories that it's not worse?

anyways my acne seems go be going away as of the past year, thank god for that, but I still get some pimples. I exfoliate and put topics everyday tho.
