Yes, it was on tonight actually. It's a Halloween classic, just like Home Alone & A Christmas Story are Christmas classics.
Anyway, it's one of my favorites along with Beetlejuice.

Same, is it a Disney Channel thing? The only Halloween classics I know of are the actual horror movies like Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, etc.
