I just signed up with a personal trainer about 3 weeks ago. The results are good so far, but he puts me through hell with each session.

It also helps that I've cut down on carbs (except alcohol ). I have 6 more sessions left with him, but I think I might sign on for more if the results keep up.

I go through periods where I love/hate certain workouts. I've been hating leg days recently but I LOVE back days. It used to be the opposite a few weeks ago.
