It's a great thing that she's so passionate about making a cohesive body-of-work, and that she really cares about the album as a whole. But she needs to recognise that that doesn't mean she doesn't have to care about her singles as well. She doesn't need to pay them dust. She can promote them. She can remix them. She can get features on them. She can record new videos for them. Surprise releasing the album was a great strategy. Every song getting a music video was a great strategy. But surprise releasing the music videos at the same time as the album wasn't. Music videos can breathe new life into a song, and into the era. If we didn't see the music video for 'Blow' 10 months ago, and she dropped a video for it tomorrow with choreography as iconic as 'Single Ladies' then it would be a guaranteed hit.
She needs to stop paying her singles dust. It's great that she wanted a successful album, but there's nothing wrong with wanted successful individual songs to come out of that album.

Imagine ur worth $500 Mio, u have won all the prestigious awards, u have performed at the Inaugaration, the Superbowl, u have received legendary awards, etc.. Do u think u would care one second about how ur single chart or whether u sold 4mio, 5mio, or 7 mio copies of ur album?
I honestly dont think so. All u care about at this point would be the quality of ur music and the product u basically create, cause thats ultimately the most exciting part. The rest is nice, but I doubt any of us would honestly care about all the stuff which is being pointed out here, if we would have what Beyonce has.
