I've always wanted one. Believe it or not there was once upon a time when they were popular on guys. I remember that show Home Improvement had a black guy with a round gold navel ring once. I think it can look nice on guys, but like earrings they have to have a different style than girls. A regular gold band should be enough IMO. And I love how it breaks gender stereotypes.
