After "212" I feel like her songs, though brilliant, had a similar vibe. It was like she was in a specific head space. With all the Twitter beef and label problems, she needed a new and fresh sound to get people re-interested.
"Heavy Metal & Reflective" and "Chasing Time" are perfect for that.
I don't know if this means they just don't know about HM&R or if this means that Chasing Time really is getting some label support pitching to radio
The HM&R snub 'buzz track' teas.
Y'all shouldn't complain about this. It's the healthiest commercial response Azealia has gotten quite literally since the EP. Once her new deal is sorted they will get her talking to Radio 1 or Capitol in the UK at the very least. This song isn't going to die, Azealia is going to take care of it. She thinks it's 'the one' after all. Right now, just appreciate the new music and positive reception
I wonder when we would've got this without the leak. My instincts say that we would either get it in late October or she'd pull a 'Wallace? What's Wallace ' on us again
