Billboard has lied many times before. Mediabase never listed Blow as a single and that weekend my local HAC station was already playing XO and Pitchfork had a review before XO officially came out.

It's not too late to release Blow. Pop radios will support it. Just this month, I've heard Naughty Girl and Crazy In Love on the radio.
She can perform Blow on Fallon (late night tv so it won't get any slack) and do SNL. She should also do some radio interviews. They work. For her last era, Taylor once spent an entire day doing radio interviews and look at how they supported her songs. She still owns the record for big Pop audience. And just recently, Chris Martin of Coldplay did a bunch of radio interviews (7 or 8 different stations) and their single has become their biggey radio hit ever.

Tbh, XO didn't flop because of radio. Pop stations supported it and took it to top20, people were just buying the album and Drunk In Love. And after she performed Drunk In Love, pop stations dropped it to make room for Drunk.

Blowted got the same treatment at the vma's as every other song & did nothing on iTunes
