Also note that Eternium used Digital song sales and Digital single sales peaked around the time those songs did. While Britney's peak era had the advantage of having better album sales Gaga's peak era had the advantage of better single sales.
It has the only female diamond-certified single, it has 3 Grammy Awards, it has 8 VMAs, it was a $227M grossing tour.
And Gaga's 2009 VMA performance > Britney's 2000 VMA performance.
