Billboard posted in their article today that album sales are down 14% 2014 compared to 2013. So I'm pretty sure you saying they're down only 13% from 2011 is a lie.

This guy also pulled a 90K estimation for the UK out of his ass (ARTPOP opened with 65K there in November with discounts and after months of pre-order + high-profile promo performances )

I feel for her. Her sales are dropping. The movie roles she is picking are trash. She didn't even promote this album. Like she really needs to get it together.
