Yeah it is, but the song is pretty unknown in the US.

Newmusictipsheet Listed his album for March 24th release date, nothing official and I don't think this is the final date as well.

Also coming out at that week are Ciara's new album, pearl Jam and HM soundtrack, not a great week for him to release an album and that's one of the main reasons why I think it's not final, at least for now.
